Rotator Cuff Shoulder on Cable Crossover Opp Arm Grounded Above

The purpose of the exercise is to provide some grounding across the shoulder girdle, upper chest over to the opposite shoulder, instead of grounding down to the feet.

The opposite arm holds on to a chin bar overhead on the cable crossover while the working arm performs internal or external rotation at the shoulder joint.
