Laura Bush Workout

Laura Bush regularly participates in fast-paced walks for about 45 minutes. She also works out in the White House gym. Laura Bush reports she’ll lift 3-5 pound weights, and at the very most, 8 pound weights. She doesn’t lift the heavy weights, just ‘the little ones.’

She reports that she notices a difference when you do the weight lifting for a while. She thinks that ffour years of lifting made a difference in her physique.
